ANZHAP delivers office furniture across Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom. Delivery times depend on stock status, destination, shipping method and whether the product is standard or bespoke.
UK Warehouse Stock
Processing: 1–2 business days after quality verification.
Transit Time: Approximately 3–7 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Approximately 4–9 business days.
Carriers: FedEx, DPD, GLS or GEL may be selected depending on shipment size and weight.
International Shipping
Express Shipping: Approximately 23–30 business days in total.
Standard Shipping: Approximately 35–45 business days in total.
Coverage: Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Other Locations: Contact us for a customised shipping quote where delivery is available.
Custom & Bespoke Furniture
Manufacturing: Approximately 15–25 business days depending on project complexity and material selection.
Express Delivery: Approximately 5–9 weeks from production start.
Standard Delivery: Approximately 8–13 weeks from production start.
Delivery Service
Standard Delivery: Our standard service is curbside or ground-floor delivery.
Ground-Floor / First-Floor Access: If your delivery point is on the ground floor or first floor and you are available to receive the order in person, the courier may deliver the packages to your designated location where access conditions allow.
Indoor Placement & Assembly: Furniture positioning, room placement and assembly are not included as standard services.
Unloading Equipment: Tailgate lifts, forklifts and other specialist unloading equipment are not provided unless separately arranged.
Multiple Packages: Large furniture orders may be shipped and delivered in several separate packages.
Access Planning
Please check doorways, lifts, stairs, corridors and the final delivery route before ordering. Large furniture may require additional clearance for unloading and positioning.
Tracking & Inspection
Tracking: Tracking information will be sent by email after the shipment is collected by the local courier.
Inspection: Please inspect all items upon arrival.
Damage or Missing Items: Contact us with photos and a description within 7 days of delivery.
Restricted Delivery Areas
Some postal codes and territories in France and the United Kingdom are outside our standard delivery network or require a bespoke quotation. Please review the full Shipping Policy or contact our support team before ordering if your address is in a remote, island or restricted area.
Customs, VAT & Shipping Fees
VAT, import duties and applicable customs charges are included in the product price for orders shipped from China to the EU and UK. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination and shipment weight and are displayed at checkout.
Eligible products are covered by a one-year warranty for qualifying manufacturing or material defects.
1-YEAR WARRANTY
The warranty provides support for qualifying defects during the applicable coverage period.
Warranty Coverage
Coverage Period: One year from the applicable purchase or delivery date.
Covered Issues: Qualifying manufacturing or material defects.
Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modification may not be covered.
Making a Claim
Contact our support team with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photographs where applicable.
Return Eligibility
Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition.
Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, hardware and manuals should be included.
No Customer Damage: Products must show no signs of installation, modification, misuse or customer-caused damage.
Quality Issues
Manufacturing Defects: Eligible defects may be resolved through repair, replacement, replacement parts, or a full or partial refund depending on the issue.
Shipping Errors & Missing Parts: Incorrect items or missing components are covered as seller-related issues.
Transit Damage: Damage caused during delivery should be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Return Shipping: For verified seller-related issues, ANZHAP will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Change-of-Mind Returns
30-Day Period: Eligible non-quality returns may be requested within the 30-day return window.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for actual return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns.
Collection Service: If ANZHAP arranges collection, the actual logistics cost may be deducted from the refund.

Products damaged through misuse, neglect or improper storage
Modified or customer-repaired products
Fully assembled or installed products where assembly has reduced the item's value or made it unsuitable for resale
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return and clear photos where relevant.
Wait for return authorisation and the appropriate warehouse address.
Return the product according to the provided instructions; tracked shipping is recommended.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days.
Assembly: No assembly is required. The product is delivered fully assembled and ready to position.
Packaging & Shipping: The product is shipped as a fully assembled unit.
Access Planning: Check doorways, lifts, stairs, corridors and the delivery route before ordering.
Inspection: Inspect all packages on arrival. Report damaged items, missing parts or incorrect products with photos within 7 days.
Colour Variation: Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, photography and lighting.
Maintenance: Clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical or abrasive cleaners.

To create a comfortable and professional reception area, we recommend allowing sufficient space around your reception desk for both staff and visitors.
Recommended Clearance
• Behind the desk: 90–100 cm for chair movement and daily working space.
• In front of the desk: 120–150 cm to provide a comfortable visitor area and clear customer flow.
• Each side: 80–100 cm to allow easy access and prevent the reception area from feeling cramped.
