1-Year Limited Parts Warranty
Anzhap.eu provides a limited warranty of up to 1 year on selected components under normal use conditions. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship from the original date of delivery.
Wooden Components: Covered for 180 days from the date of delivery. Includes desktops, panels, frames, and all solid wood or engineered wood elements.
Hardware Components: Covered for 365 days from the date of delivery. Includes functional metal and mechanical parts.
"Normal Use" means use in strict accordance with the product's installation, operation, and maintenance instructions provided by Anzhap.eu.
What Is Covered
If a covered component is found by Anzhap.eu to have a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:
Repair the defective part, or
Replace it with a new or equivalent component at no additional cost.
The parties hereto expressly agree that the original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against Anzhap.eu shall be the repair or replacement of defective products as provided herein.

What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to the following:
General Exclusions
No valid proof of purchase is provided.
Products that have been used, resold, or are second-hand.
Products used outside the intended market or region.
Commercial, rental, or high-frequency usage environments.
Misuse & Improper Handling
Damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation.
Failure to follow instructions in the product manual.
Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.
Use of non-original parts or accessories. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by
Anzhap.eu. Substituting another manufacturer's product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
Environmental & External Factors
Damage caused by extreme heat, humidity, water exposure, or rapid temperature changes.
Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.), abnormal voltage, or other external forces beyond human control.
Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners (such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, or wire brushes), and harsh environments will void any and all warranties on finishes and materials.
Natural Characteristics & Wear
Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture.
Wood expansion, contraction, warping, or cracking due to environmental conditions.
Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality.
Normal wear and tear from daily use — for example, gloss reduction, staining, loosening of joints, minor noise, or aging over time. These are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.
Important Notes
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable — whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise.
This warranty does not cover labor or other costs to remove or install any defective, repaired, or replaced product. Customers are responsible for the installation of replacement parts.
Replacement parts will be shipped after verification by our support team.
If a specific part has been discontinued, a comparable replacement may be provided at
Anzhap.eu's discretion.
In no event shall the liability of
Anzhap.eu exceed the original purchase price of the product.
How to Request a Warranty Claim
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, please contact Anzhap.eu within the applicable warranty period and provide the following information:
Clear photos or videos of the defective part and the affected area
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or injury to reputation.
Labor, installation, removal, or additional costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND
ANZHAP.EU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE.
