Please note that our VAT registration in the European Union is currently pending. Anzhap offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

Even though our furniture is well protected inside and outside the package, the painting finish may inevitably incur minor cosmetic wear during packaging, transit, and unpacking. There is a painting repair cream inside the drawer; please contact us for a repair guide image or video. We are committed to customer satisfaction; if you encounter such minor cosmetic issues, please contact us. We will proactively offer practical solutions including repair guidance, replacement parts, partial discounts, or refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. However, highly sensitive customers should consider this logistical reality before purchasing. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable European laws (including the legal guarantee of conformity).

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, TRANSFER OF RISK, AND RETENTION OF TITLE

• (a) Transfer of Risk (Consumers / B2C): If you are purchasing as a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
• (b) Transfer of Risk (Business Customers / B2B): If you are purchasing as a business entity, the risk of loss or damage passes to you upon our delivery of the goods to the first carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or entity designated to execute the shipment.
• (c) Retention of Title: The goods delivered remain the absolute property of Anzhap until full payment of the purchase price and all associated shipping costs has been received and cleared in our accounts.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION (AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Language Discrepancy: These Terms of Service may be translated into German, French, or other languages for your convenience. However, the original and binding language of these Terms is English. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
