Production timeline

Production begins after the final specification, quotation and payment terms have been confirmed in writing. Estimated lead times begin from written approval and may vary according to material availability, configuration and delivery requirements.

Changes and cancellation

Custom orders are prepared to an approved specification. Changes or cancellations may be limited once materials have been allocated or production has begun. Applicable costs will be confirmed according to the stage of the order and the terms stated in the written quotation.

After production

Changes requested after production has begun are subject to technical review, material availability and additional charges. Made-to-order products cannot normally be returned for a change of preference. Your final quotation and approved specification will govern the order.
